First Annual Start By Believing Kick Off Event!

This year Silver Regional Sexual Assault Support Services, The Sixth Judicial District Attorney's Office, and the GRMC Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners were proud to launch the first ever "Start By Believing" Campaign in Grant County.
Whenever a survivor of sexual assault finds the strenght to report their experience, we want them to know that any individual and agency they report to will believe and understand. We are proud to have partnered with:
Silver City Fire, Grant County Detention Center, Western New Mexico University Police Department, GRMC Emergency Medical Services, Grant County Sheriff's Office, Silver City Police Department, Silver City Town Council, Grant County Commissioners, Bayard Police Department, Children, Youth & Families Department, Sixth Judicial District Attorney's Office, GRMC Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, and the Village of Santa Clara. (Not pictured are: Hurley Police Dept, the Town of Hurley, HMS Medical Providers, WNMU Title IX, the Center for Gender Equity, Grant County Health Council)
